Zopa is a great company. I have both a credit card and personal loan with Zopa & I love the app. Its easy to make additional payments & easy to see whats happening with your account. The personal loan is easy to manage & application process simple.

When times are a bit stretched i use the Money shop - They are by far the best lender i have used, Always helpful, easy and quick to deal with.
