Have been with First Direct for more years than I can remember and never had a problem, it's always been like having premier banking but without the fees, first class service from all the operators I have spoken to and so good to speak to a call center in the UK.

UK call centres so no problems in being understood, and it's rare to be held in a queue waiting to speak to someone, always feel like you are the only person that matters to them and it feels like a premier banking service but without the annual fees.

With interest rates so low this has been a real bonus account, enables you to save up to £300 a month and if money is tight one month can catch up in the following months. More than happy with how easy it was to set up will use again next year.
