driver of the vehicle! They didn’t care about that, they kept telling me it was my fault. How do they know though? They weren’t there? Aahhhhhhhhh!!! I’ve had nothing from them since, not 6/7 weeks, no one asking my side of what happened, no one has asked me to submit my photographs, no one has asked me a thing. These guys are not on your side. I just got my renewal through and raised my policy, They’ve no gave me any information on this claim etc For such a huge company I’m so angry and disappointed with what I received. Never again! Cancelling this morning
