Updraft aren’t like other lenders I’ve had personal loans with previously, they are very personable to deal with considering they are a very digital company. They keep it human friendly while still being forward thinking!
I love that I can easily manage my loans by using an app, along with having the ability to chat to their team through the app too. Their app is straightforward and easy to use, nothing is over complicated and in times when maybe I can’t find what I’m looking for, their faqs and team are always on hand to guide me.
Whenever I have needed their help and spoke with members of their team, they are always proactive in offering help/solutions/general friendly chat.
Have already and will continue to recommend Updraft!

They make it so easy, can overpay or pay off early. They’re there to help whenever needed. They really make me feel like they’re there to improve the personal loan world, rather than to purely make a profit from it
