They are the worst pet insurance , They took two excess payments for one illness I rang & rang them I had to involve the Ombudsman then they paid the excess back but they then paid the vets instead of me then I had to get it back off the vets ? they never respond back to you when you ring them they say they understand and will get back to you but they never do , now they have increased my policy for my dog by £70 month what a rip off I will never insure any future pet car or house with them again avoid them like the plague
