Been trying to claim since October. They ask for documentation, which you provide. Long delay getting back to you, only to request further evidence. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. I have never claimed on travel insurance in 35 years and they are clearly making it as difficult as possible.
