I have been a customer for over 9 years and have been appauled with the level of service i have recieved within the last 2 years. They claim Customer Quality is of their top priority when the service of their staffs constantly contradicts this. The Customer Service staff are shamelessly incompetent, the managers shy away from complaints , When one is available they provide as little help as their advisors. This is an absolute dreadful company and i am shocked that given the outstanding reviews of dissatified customers, they are still in business.
