On the 3rd of May 2022 I went into the Dudley branch and was served by the cashier who's name is Brenda, I was there to transfer my niece's saving account into her sole name and was not sure of what to do, but Brenda talk us through the filling out of the form, she was so patient with us, such a lovely lady and is an asset to your Society
