I was in the Stockton branch, cancelling a direct debit and it was very busy, but got dealt with quickly and efficiently and overall was an excellent experience.

I'm not a lover of doing things like this, I'd rather do everything online but I had to go in the bank to sort out the problem and glad I did, as it's made me think, why be bothered about dealing with things publicly. The young gentleman who served me couldn't of been more polite and efficient, actually put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Problem solving 10/10 and very quick. Cannot recommend this branch anymore highly. Reviewed on: 5th May 2022
