This company is just a money grabbing joke, it is no wonder there is no phone number available to actually speak to some one. The penalty charges to cancel a policy because car has had to be taken off the road is beyond belief. Not only admin charge, which was expected, but they also wanted the equivalent of about 4 months payments. Disgusting
