Pre-approved via Experian which I have used on other products before with no issues. Click through only to be told I needed to provide loads of documentation. Had to double check I wasn't applying for a mortgage ! They don't take screenshots so it's a bit of a pain. Sent what I thought they wanted only to be told they needed more ! Cancelled the application and went elsewhere with far less hassle. Will be complaining to the FCA regarding the false pre-approval.
