As part of a Banking Package Lloyds provide Travel Insurance. The advice line is sound but when dealing with claims they are dreadful. A claim submitted in mid February has not been resolved. There is nobody in Lloyds or their insurance partner Allianz who can take the lead, be accountable, and address this poor performance. Allianz are overwhelmed and after 5 months I remain out of pocket.
