Today I visited my local branch and was appalled by the filthy floor and dirty seating, I complained to a staff member and was shocked by her rude reaction. I then went on to attempt a simple transfer but found the staff and manager to be ill-trained and incapable of any problem-solving.
Eventually I solved the problem for the manager and the transfer was completed
