In addition to not having Faster Payments they don't honour their own lousy timeframes for withdrawals arriving at their destination account.
It leaves the account quick enough but doesn't arrive for 4 days if it ends up straddling a weekend (despite deliberately trying to avoid this when choosing a withdrawal date).
Nasty sharp practice from an unsatisfractory bank.

Shambolic bank who cant get their act togther with opening a new account. They may have competiative rates but it's no use if you can't open an account. Customer service is just a waste of time.
