I don’t think I’ve ever written a review in my life, but my experience with more than has been so bad, I’ve had to.
I took out insurance early in 2022, which was then cancelled a few months later with no correspondence. I called and asked why my policy has been cancelled and I was told I didn’t provide the documentation they requested by email and post. I didn’t receive any letters or emails.
I then got an email after my policy cancellation saying I was owed a refund, just over £500 as I paid annually.
I have called 7 or 8 times and had to tell the same story every time as I have not received the money. The staff leave me on hold for ages and try to suggest solutions that already haven’t worked. I have contacted my bank and they haven’t received any payment and yet more than still refuse to send me the money.
I have been assured I will get called back multiple times by staff, the person that assured me was Carmen. Needless to say I haven’t been called.
Still unresolved and my £500 is still being kept from me.
