Most awkward card to set up and swap password I'd lost, fairly helpful at shop then got logged out at shop I'm just broken by it,why can't things be a little simplier, all I wanted to do was register a new card,then 25 mins to get through on phone at shop,,then I was told I had 44euro left on old card and they told me there was nothing a week before,three hours out of my day wasted and still no solution,but so easy to add money to it,last holiday I will book with TUI that's for sure.
