My daughters bag was stolen with house keys in her bag. Called HastingsDirect home emergency number. Call answered in seconds, no call menu’s , no offshore call centre. Call handler very helpful and knowledgeable, explained the process and time lines. Whilst on the call had txt msg with a link that took me to a job tracking service a bit like tracking a parcel delivery but better. Locksmith calling within 20 mins and arrived within 1 hour.
