Excellent customer service in branch combined with very efficient online portal makes this company's products hard to beat. Never had an issue with any transfers. Debit card began to de-laminate, replaced on request within 4 working days.

Excellent online portal and telephone helpline. One of the better interest paying accounts even with recently increased monthly fee. Access is 24/7 with faster payments available to /from other accounts without delay even on a bank holiday.
