My daughter moved house ten years ago and She applied for home insurance in new bought property as she was staying in council house. She just noticed they were taking £50 off by direct debit for a two bedroom house. When sh e finally got through to someone,they said it was because she never signed credit agreement ,total nonsense,. They just keep talking a load of garbage. Don’t ever want to buy anything from post office , my daughter is single parent and they were sending letters to old address,Thomas D
