Their long withdraw and transferring time makes you want to just leave your money in the savings account. No monthly fee makes it perfect for letting the money accumulate and not be spent on your account fees.

They're competitive with other mortgage companies, but they're nothing special. Customer service is a bit dissatisfactory, but the monthly payments are low and with a low interest rate.
