Just awful. Call at 4.45 and they are already closed. Nobody to answer questions. Don't respond to the online chat, charged me excess on a no fault claim despite the other company admitting liability. Had to arrange our own repair garage and hire car. Awful, wish to god I'd just paid an extra £20 and gone to a proper insurance company. Avoid at all costs. Just because the premium is a fraction lower, its not cheaper in the long run.
