We had a crash in our car and was not our fault, it took them 4 hours to take the car away, know they are trying to charge me, £40 storage cost, £200 excess, and they have only offered me the basic money for a basic when mine was a good quality one, bearing in mind the crash was nothing to do with us it's disgusting
