Called post office travel insurance for a quote. The line was very poor so politely explained to the lady and asked could she call me back so i don't have to wait in the queue again she stated she didn't know how to do that so I suggested I will give you my number she agreed and before I got to the second digit she hung up. I called again and it sounded like the same female who answered she took all my medical details my full name then she ended the call. Apsalute disgrace.
