The app, website and telephone customer service lines are all easy to use. Not ideal for more traditional banking however - paper statements take forever to arrive! It’s like Santander delays them for a week before bothering to send them out.

Three things about ZOPA: it’s quick and easy, it’s affordable and fair, and the customer service is efficient and top notch. Can not recommend enough.
