Very close to losing sale and purchase, application 24 days in when selected for a "random" UW review, 36 days in no resolution, BDM offered no timescale, phoned daily to be told "don't know" day 38 gave up and moved on. Absolutely no care or consideration given to the customer, doesn't help when everyone is seemingly working from home either.
