I've always experienced friendly and professional customer service whenever I have contacted The Co-op. I find the banking app very easy to use.

I was with Admiral for a year and had no issues with them. The time came to renew and the monthly direct debit went up. I then went to Compare the Market where I found a better deal (which happened to be the company I was with a year previous, before I signed up with Admiral).
