This is an excellent card to use when you are abroad as, unlike many cards, there are no fees for using your card overseas. Would highly recommend to keep costs down on holiday.

I have found it easy to get hold of customer service at Direct Line and always found them to be very efficient when answering any query.

Good service with bonus of getting points to spend at M&S

I find the service at M&S excellent if I have any problems. Also, they are great at monitoring spending patterns to check it anything untoward is happening and detecting fraud. They are easy to reach by phone or online.
