I reported a claim in the first week of June 2022, I gave Quote me Happy the third party details including their insurers, policy number and their claim reference, Quote me happy told me that the third party was insured with a different company, nearly two months on I have discovered that I was right all along and that the intellectually challenged call centre staff at Quote me happy had entered the reg of the third party incorrectly which flaged up a different insurer. As a consequence my claim has been delayed and repairs to my vehicle may not happen until the autumn or winter. Not good enough. This chaotic approach to insurance is symptomatic of a general decline in intellectual ability among the younger generation.God help us all. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
