They renewed my policy without me telling them. In the website there is a button to renew your policy I didn't press this and it still renewed. I called them and they charged me 20 pounds to cancel it but it was there fault. They would budge on it after 2 trips to consult with his supervisor.And then he hung up on me. Don't go with this shower of fraudsters.
