Metro owns Ratesetter loans who are disgraceful and do not conform to the Credit Consumer Act 1974 and openly tell me this. Tried to pay loan early but interest charged in full. This is a loan of my terminally ill husband and i was trying to clear his loan early.
I would ha e nothing to do with this bank.
