I agree with all the bad reviews
I have tried 3 times to claim, each time it was definitely covered - burst pipe and two pest control issues. They don't want to know.
I have had a wasps' nest in the house for a whole month and have spent so much time calling the home emergency team, I could have killed each individual wasp myself in that time. They outsource their work to Evander who outsources it to someone else, so no one knows what's happening. All I know is, they're not sorting out the wasps' nest.
