Absolutely awful service!! I’ve been with Elephant over 3 years so I’m a returning customer. My premium last year was £568 and this year it has shot up to £1226!! I have a 5 year no claims bonus so I haven’t claimed in the whole time I’ve been with them.
I was gobsmacked so I went on the price comparison site and over 167 quotes came in at cheaper than last years premium, all under £600!
I phoned Elephamt who basically couldn’t care less! They ‘helped me out’ by reducing the price to £1000 which I obviously refused. Not helpful on the phone, don’t care about existing customers, and very poor aftercare. DO NOT USE ELEPHANT!
