I've been a customer since 2019 and never had any issues with them. Provide a simple to use app and a great interest rate and fund selection.

Been using the app since 2018, have not had any issues with it. Have been able to deposit and withdraw with no problems. A good way to save money without realising. Plus it's locked away in another app so stops the temptation to move the money out early to spend.

It's something the banks should of done as soon as online banking became more commonplace but probably never will.
The app is especially good for effortless saving. Brilliant for poor savers or people who aren't very good at budgeting.
