Don't answer the phone

Happy to take you money for a policy, but not very happy to answer the phone when you need to amend it and say it can't be done online or through the chat. As a result I have been spending plenty on their high cost line holding on for hours. GEt some more staff if you can't cope with call volumes or enable onlne mods to policies - not tricky!
