Poor app and customer service

Was a starling customer from 2017 until late 2022. Nothing but issues with their app and customer service. CASS to another bank as I couldn’t take it any longer. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

Poor app and rude support

Support staff from Starling Bank were rude and abrupt. Was a Starling Bank customer from 2017 and had nothing but issue with my account. Finally decided enough was enough and CASS away Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Perfect service

Never had any issues with my BA Amex card that Amex customer service can’t deal with quickly with little input from me. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
