They need to get with the times

I opened a bank account to keep an eye on my mortgage and make it easier to make overpayments. You can't pay cheques in through the app unlike Barclays, our nearest branch is quite some way away, things aren't that much easier doing anything and ringing them you are on hold for ages, employ more staff and update your technology! Good, but could be better

Nice staff and when you go in the Branch it's nice, however the app itself is pretty useless. You can't upload cheques on the app like with other banks and I don't have a branch nearby. So it's behind it's times. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Mixed feelings

I like the staff, however you can't pay cheques in via the app like you can with other banks and the app always has problems. My nearest branch is quite a way so that causes me problems. Long hold times when calling, but the staff seem nice. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

getting too expensive
