Utility Warehouse customers do not get cash back, WHY?
2
After being informed that U. W. customers will get cash back prior to me opening an account, I have now found that this is incorrect as I have not been paid for my Gas, Electric, Broadband or phones?
Santander confirmed that had I accounts with suppliers that are not bundled together, I would automatically receive cash back for all the above, WHY?
I pay a one monthly direct debit for all my services which is no different to me having to pay several to different companies.
Their calculator clearly shows all accounts permitted for a percentage cash back but does not single out U.W as being ineligible. My loses to date is in excess of £40.
My complaint has been registered with Santander and I suggest any other customer who has been penalized to register their complaint.
