There are the worst bank every there staff are under trained. There don’t help small business. There Management is terrible . There Manager’s have no contact with the real world ie the customer. I have made complaints after complaints and it achieved nothing. There no one to one with business managers who never comes out to see you even you don’t who there are

I have say there one of best bank because there about you as person . There help is very good you forward your question and there will respond to you very quickly and usually there give answers straight away but if you still need help there come back until it’s resolved
