The people at the bank were good and knew what they were doing but the people on the phone were clueless. It took about 7 phone calls to establish that they did in fact have all the info they needed. All smooth sailing after it was approved though.

Good for cashback on household bills and pays decent interest if you have a healthy balance. Overall, I think I've been better off keeping this account than getting new customer bonuses moving around to loads of different banks.

They helped me sort out my claim quickly and were always very friendly. It's nice that they are local to me too, and always have someone who speaks excellent English on the other end of the phone.
