I went in to make a payment, and a member of staff came out of the back and seeing a huge queue came over to see if she could help. Went out of her way for me.
She also mentioned that they have started a rewards scheme, which I've now signed up for.

They never answer my calls, and when I had an accident that wasn't my fault, they ignored paperwork meaning I couldn't claim.

I went into the branch to change my name after I got married. They let me know what documents I would need, and it was all done quickly and easily.
