Easy Access Savings account

It was very easy to apply for the savings account, like most accounts the interest rate offered has dropped but using the account via the app is quick, with fluid transactions between accounts, warns you if you want to make more than the allowed withdrawals which would affect the rate of interest paid, well worth having as a side account Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

First Direct has excellent customer service and have only contacted me with relevant product information that was of interest to me. I took out accounts with First Direct due to their contact. Their app is very comprehensive and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

Poor customer service

Barclays are closing smaller branches and do not a mobile banking service. The main branch is understaffed and a waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes for a counter transaction is appalling, as a customer I don't feel valued. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016
