I have a credit card, really wish I hadn't got it to be honest, my payments keep rising each month even though I no longer use the card and haven't for months, yet the payments go up and up, avoid unless you really really need it Reviewed on: 27th December 2016

Easy swap over

I changed banks from a not well known local bank to barcleys, I have a few direct debits/standing orders etc and I did expect some disruption but it all went smoothly, cards arrived quickly PIN numbers for online telephone and mobile banking arrived within days, I get text messages when my account is used with an update of my balance so I won't go overdrawn, win win in my case, so much easier and faster than my old bank Reviewed on: 27th December 2016

We got this car insurance when we bought our new car, after shopping around for a good deal that covered pretty much all the basics and ticked a few boxes, we decided to take this one out thanks to the competitive price legal cover etc etc, unfortunately after only having our new car for 3 months some nasty people decided that they wanted to try and steal it, but while doing that the car knew they didnt have a key and the immobilizer etc all kicked in so they decided to cover tracks lets set it on fire how nice of them, anyways car gets put out police come all the usual things, rang the insurance and from start to finish I can honestly say they did all they could car was lifted courtesy car was delivered my only problem was with having two small children and car seats totally destroyed in the fire, it took them 5 weeks to pay out the insurance and we were told only £100 for car seats cd's stereo buggy etc etc, when in actual fact it was £300 which is what we changed it to when we took out the policy, over all they done all they could. Brilliant service

I bought break down cover as a just in case with having two small children, I have never needed to use the breakdown cover for 3 years until a couple of weeks ago when my car just stopped while driving to a birthday party with my children in the car, I rang the AA and gave all details needed, and was told that someone would be with me within 30 mins, and I would get updated via text message as to the times etc, the man arrived within 20 mins and set about trying to work out the problem with my car, unfortunately I had had an electrical problem and it wasn't fixable at the roadside, however the AA made sure my car myself and my children were taken home and the car was fixed the following day at the garage Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
