Roof damaged by storm allowing rain through and damageing ceiling. Took weeks for any response from this company so I instructed a roofer to repair the damaged roof to avoid any further damage the the ceilings. When assessor did arrive dismissed my claim on the spot. Will not be renewing with this bunch of bandits
