omg girl on call centre wasn't happy about me not renewing insurance with them was extremely rude and unhappy about i am planning to leave, insurance went up more than £300 and she was trying make me feel i am still getting best deal even if i shop around i wont find better one, after long chat she dropped phone without any good bye , made me feel so unwelcome , NEVER AGAIN getting insurance with this company
