No electric--box kept tripping and couldn't isolate the problem. Fridge freezer rapidly defrosting, rang Saga 'emergency line' hung on for 8 minutes only to be cut off. Rang back hung on for another 8 - you guessed cut off! Tried once more .. no reply after 10 minutes. Phoned a friend. will cancel policy tomorrow
