Absolutely shocking company

I have had my credit card since Saturday 20th August and after using it one on Saturday my account was placed on a review and blocked. I had to wait until Monday 22nd to speak with customer service. My card was unblocked and £10 credit added to my account. On Wednesday 14th August I used my card and my account was placed onto a review. Customer service is shocking, you call them, go through data protection and get told they are not able to disclose anything about my account to me and that I must wait 2 - 3 days until the relevant department contact me. This company is an absolute joke. Why accept me for a card if you are not happy with me using my card for transactions over £100 and block my card. HOW THE HELL CAN MY ACCOUNT NEED 2 REVIEWS A BLOODY WEEK. PLEASE PEOPLE, STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
