Still waiting for insurance settlement incident happened 12months ago, we were not even in car gave insurance all of the information they requested from police etc, still waiting

Unfortunately I have had to claim for an illness my precocious dog had, the service I received was excellent in a very distressing situation, they kept me informed throughout my claim and thank god my little fur baby was ok, thank you so much for your help and understanding.xx
