Never put the money in my astropay account that I deposited

Never got the money that I deposited into the astropay account. They asked me for a receipt of the transaction from my end to see proof. I sent it to them and then they sent me the same message asking for a receipt again. I sent them another message with proof of the transaction and received the same message again asking for a receipt of the transaction. I never got my money back and the money never went into the astropay account.
