DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!!

Please, I urge you please not to use this company. They get you to hand over money straight away with no mention about their T's & C's AYOM just tell you that they can get you the debt with no problem at all. I paid £1100 and it's turned out into nothing more than a bet! Because that's all it is. I am going to take these guys to the small claims court to get my money back. You can't ring them up and if you do you just get told off for ringing up. Also takes them 14 working days to reply to emails. The customer portal is vaguest piece of information gathering ever..a complete waste of time! AYOM don't even tell you about the 90 days holding perod for your money. They say it's to prevent charge backs but it's not it's all about them getting more money off the intrest they earn of that money. You get suckered in because you are told straight away that they can get this debt and you think great its an easy win! But this couldn't be any further from the truth. All contracts provide for a 7 day cooling off period, during which time you are entitled to question any terms you are concerned about. Our holding periods are designed to protect clients from charge backs in which the debtor claws money back from their bank or card provider.
