Genuine claim that SAGA just keep delaying any solutions

Driving back on a motorway from France on May 11th in severe rain when the vehicle in front drove over some metal work which hit my car and windscreen , damage had occurred but we could not stop on a motorway. SAGA have not responded in any way trying to solve the problem- I had to get the windscreen replaced as it was illegal to drive and now after 4 months I am still waiting to get the paintwork completed. The policy ran out approx 1 month ago and I am certain I will not renew with SAGA due to their methods of insurance cover. They simply do not respond to anything and you are left stranded. Try to avoid this company as they are simply useless. Reviewed on: 8th September 2022
